4 Month, 1:1 Foundational Coaching

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I put emphasis on the foundational basics of healing.

My 1:1, 4 month coaching offers a deep dive into addressing the root cause of your current state of health and creating a supportive and tailored approach to your mineral, nutritional, and foundational needs.

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your obstacles while setting the stage for returning your body to a state of function and optimum health.

INTEGRATIVE

Achieving wellness encompasses a full body approach. I’ll help guide you toward other nourishing practices such as mindfulness training, self care practice, proper nutrition, minerals and a host of other modalities. This process will educate, empower, and give you the tools you need to make sustainable and long lasting changes.

STEP 1: Your Initial Assessment

Wellness is an investment and my Foundational Coaching program is the beginning to achieving your long term health goals. We start with an Initial Assessment which reserves your spot to work with me 1:1 for the course of 4 months. Here is the breakdown of what’s included:

  • Individual HTMA TEST KIT & LAB PROCESSING (with review of blood labs)- this gives us details about your gut and liver function, the overall stress state your body is in, metabolic type (fast or slow) which is an indicator of how you process food for energy, blood sugar balance, toxin burden, and even your thyroid function! *Note: blood labs must be ordered by your physician or through a 3rd party testing center. Please inquire for more details*

  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire Analysis- 320 symptom questionnaire helps focus on where you need most foundational support. Whether that’s minerals, hydration, fatty acids or a specific organ system…this questionnaire helps guide us in the right direction.

  • 5-day Food and Mood journal analysis - our relationship to food is an important factor in setting the stage for our overall health and wellness. Here we will pinpoint patterns that could be keeping you from your health goals. We will address key foundation patterns such as hydration, sleep, mood, eating patterns stress and make micro adjustments to put you on a solid track for change.

  • A 45 minute Health History Review - We discuss your health history, lifestyle habits, supplement/medication use, nutrition and more.

  • A 90 minute Initial Review - where we clarify your goals and the direction you are wanting to take your health. We review your NAQ questionnaire, food and mood journal, HTMA, Blood labs, address any concerns, streamline your health goals and CREATE YOUR PLAN OF ACTION!

STEP 2: *4 Month Foundational Coaching Begins

This is a continuation of our Initial Assessment. Here is what’s included in the 4 Month 1:1 Coaching:

  • 2, 30 minute check in calls per month (8 calls total). This gives us the opportunity to fine tune your program if needed and catch up on all your wins!

  • 2 Additional Food and Mood Journal reviews. This allows us to keep track of your progress and dial in on where small changes may need to be made for extra support.

  • 2 Additional retakes of the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire to assess your overall progress and track your changes in symptoms and overall level of balance.

  • Unlimited short messaging support with 24 hour response time

  • Therapeutic, professional-grade supplements at 10% off retail pricing when applicable

*Nutritional coaching is individualized and specific to your needs. Our bodies response to healing is also individualized. Roughly 4-6 months* is the estimated time frame to begin tackling your root cause symptoms. Our length of time together will also be determined by what we uncover at the initial start of our consultation. We may find the need for further testing which also saves money in the long run, as it gives a clearer picture to what could be standing in the way towards long term wellness.
