HOW will I know if health & nutritional coaching is right for me?
If you have been struggling to prioritize a healthy lifestyle or negative symptoms keep you from enjoying everyday activities, coaching may be a great fit for you.
I offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation to see if coaching will be a good fit. This is an opportunity for us to evaluate your individual situation and briefly discuss your overall wellness goals. Together, we can determine how your goals can be met and whether the process of coaching will benefit you.
Will massage or coaching services be covered by my insurance or flexible spending account?
I do not submit insurance claims for my services as a Nutritional Therapist, Mineral Consultant or Massage Therapist. Some insurance plans offer benefits for nutritional counseling and I can provide you with a receipt for submission to your insurance plan or FSA. Receipts for services will not include insurance codes.
Why do you use lab tests for mineral consultations and/or Nutritional coaching?
Lab tests are a snapshot and an initial marker for your current health state. It creates a road map to determine the best direction for your healing. The right tests will allow for an individualized healing protocol that will help you achieve your long term goals.
how long will it take for me to see results?
Healing is dependent on the state of the individual. Setting goals for sustainable health takes time. Slow measured progress is sustainable progress and quick fixes don’t often result in long term alleviation of symptoms. While my approach is aimed at long term wellness, many people see results in the way they feel shortly after making recommended changes.
what is your cancellation policy for appointments?
I hold a strict cancellation policy of 48 hours notice. When scheduling, I reserve this time specifically for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment and are unable to give the required 48 hours notice, I will always attempt to fill your spot. If I am able, you will not be charged for the cancellation. However, if I am unable to fill the time you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. Thank you for respecting my time and yours.
